We ship Australia-wide.

How your order ships

Every order ships Australia Post Express, tracked. Same service on every order, whatever you spend — there's no slower option and no cheaper-but-worse tier.

You'll get tracking by email once your order is on its way.

Free shipping

Orders of $69 or more ship free. Under $69, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Mount Gambier, South Australia, within 2 business days. Once your order is with Australia Post, delivery time is in their hands — Express Post is usually quick, but transit times are estimates set by Australia Post, not guarantees we can make on their behalf.

Cams are printed to order from a locked profile, so an occasional order may take an extra day to dispatch. If anything's going to hold your order up, we'll email you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. If you're overseas and want ThrottleBoss, email us at orders@throttleboss.co — international options are coming, and it helps us to know where the demand is.

Lost, delayed or damaged

If your order is damaged, missing, or the tracking has clearly stalled, contact us at orders@throttleboss.co and we'll sort it out. Please check the order upon arrival and get in touch as soon as you spot a problem, so we can make it right.

This works alongside our Refund Policy and doesn't limit anything you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
